We are not the Taino Bay port, a cruise line or a tour operator. We cannot tell you when your ship docks, find lost property, or change a booking. For those, contact your cruise line, or — for a tour or hotel booked through our links — GetYourGuide or Trip.com directly. We have no access to your booking.
